About Sunvalley Tire

Sunvalley Tire is an independently owned and operated business which began providing tires in the Pembina valley region 20 years ago.
Having worked for a Goodyear tire franchise, Ken Hildebrand was looking for a more personal connection with the customer and started up Sunvalley Tire in 1992.
In 20 years, Sunvalley has experienced tremendous growth and seen some changes along the way, including a change in location, closing a location and adding another tire shop in Altona in 2008. Today Sunvalley Tire serves a customer base from Saskatchewan to Ontario and south into the United States with its Winkler and Altona locations.
According to Hildebrand, the advantage of being independently owned and operated is that they can sell any brand and type of tire. Providing these products that not everyone carries with quality customer service is what sets Sunvalley Tire apart from its competitors.
A dedicated staff, some of who have been with the company since the beginning, has also contributed to the company’s success.
Sunvalley Tire offers a complete line of new and used passenger, truck, farm, heavy equipment and recreational tires, as well as, a mobile service, wheel polishing, tire repair and balancing.
